About Dr. Ahmadian
Mandana Ahmadian, MD is the founder and president of Bellevue Endocrine Consultants and has been in private practice since November 2005.
Dr. Ahmadian earned her medical doctorate in Germany at the University of Cologne, one of Europe’s leading medical institutions. She later moved to the United States, completing her internal medicine residency at the University of Nevada School of Medicine, followed by fellowship training in endocrinology and metabolism at the Phoenix Citywide Endocrinology & Metabolism Program.
Her clinical practice encompasses the full spectrum of adult endocrinology, with particular expertise in thyroid cancer, thyroid disease, diabetes, PCOS, pituitary disease, and osteoporosis.
Dr. Ahmadian is an active member of the American Thyroid Association and the Endocrine Society, and has been recognized repeatedly among Seattle’s Top Doctors.
Certifications and recognition
Dr. Ahmadian is board certified in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism and has earned the prestigious ECNU certification. ECNU is a professional certification in the field of neck ultrasonography for endocrinologists who perform consultations and diagnostic evaluations for thyroid and parathyroid disorders, through both diagnostic ultrasound and ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration.

Dr. Ahmadian has been my doctor for over four years. I’m extremely happy with everything from scheduling, level of care and attentiveness. I especially appreciate the virtual appointment option, which always start on time, and saves me at least an hour for each visit (compared with previous doctors where I often had to sit in a waiting room for over 30mins because they were running late).
